Show an important instruction where customers need it.
A shipping reminder is most useful near the shipping choices. An account policy is easier to find in the account itself. Your customer should not have to hunt for instructions elsewhere.
This build adds two informational notices: one after the shipping options in checkout and another on the customer account profile page. The original account notice explains the process for requesting and verifying address changes.
The messages use fixed wording and appear at their configured placements.
The copy could explain your delivery expectations, account process, or other relevant policies. Placement would be planned around the extension locations available to your store.
