This custom shipping app calculates rates using the order time, shipping calendar, and expected delivery day. One build uses a noon Central cutoff, Monday–Thursday shipping, holiday closures, and different prices by delivery day. It also offers a lower-cost option when a customer can wait until the following week.
The same rate calculations support checkout and invoice quotes, so both use the same rules.
