Order Emails That Match the Order

A customer who selects a particular location or service may need instructions that do not apply to every order. Your confirmation email should make those next steps clear.

This customization adds a conditional section to the order confirmation email. It reads the choices recorded on the order and displays the relevant content, such as an assigned location’s name and phone number.

The original build only shows optional lines when their information is present and uses details saved when the order was placed.

The conditions, wording, and displayed details could be adapted to your checkout choices and fulfillment process, then incorporated into your confirmation template.
