This Shopify Flow workflow checks selected order details when an order is created and applies matching tags. The original build adds both a standard tag and a tag based on a value recorded during checkout.
Those tags give staff and connected fulfillment workflows a consistent way to identify the relevant orders.
The conditions and tag names could be tailored to your checkout fields, team filters, and fulfillment process.
