The problem
If your rewards program has an expiration policy, someone has to apply it consistently. Managing aging points by hand makes that a recurring administrative task.
What it does
This scheduled process expires the oldest points first after a configurable period. The original build uses a 365-day window and runs automatically on a set schedule.
For your store
The expiration period and run schedule can be set for your program. If your policy uses different rules, those could be scoped into a custom version.
