A supplier, client, or other collaborator may need to approve an item without working inside your store. Email threads make it difficult to keep the decision attached to the work being reviewed.

This portal gives reviewers a link to specific items and questions. They can approve the work or request changes, and the decision is recorded.

Each link grants access to its assigned review, so the reviewer does not need a Shopify login.

The review content, questions, and decision steps could be tailored to your approval process and the information each outside collaborator needs to see.
